Mental Health Therapist Abundant Healing LLC is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Mental Health Therapist to join our growing team. We welcome fully licensed, temporarily licensed, and provisionally licensed clinicians. Applicants must be licensed in Indiana or eligible to obtain Indiana licensure. Dual or multistate licensure is a plus! Responsibilities Conduct mental-health assessments to identify clients' needs, strengths, and treatment goals Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans Provide individual, family, and/or group therapy Help clients develop healthy coping skills, build resilience, and improve their overall well-being Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Monitor progress and adjust therapeutic interventions when appropriate Collaborate with colleagues, physicians, social workers, DCS representatives, schools, and other authorized professionals Participate in child and family team meetings, case consultations, and care coordination as needed Connect clients and families with helpful community resources Maintain professional, ethical, confidentiality, and licensing standards Qualifications and Skills Master's degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, psychology, or a related behavioral-health field Licensed or eligible for licensure in Indiana Full, temporary, associate, and provisional licenses accepted Dual or multistate licensure is preferred Experience working with children and families involved with the Indiana Department of Child Services is preferred Knowledge of mental-health diagnoses, trauma-informed care, family systems, and evidence-based treatment methods Strong assessment, treatment-planning, documentation, and communication skills Ability to build trust and rapport with clients and families A collaborative mindset and willingness to learn, share ideas, and support fellow team members Ability to manage sensitive situations with empathy, discretion, and professionalism Familiarity with electronic health record systems Ability to complete required background checks and DCS credentialing requirements Current CPR and basic life support certification, or willingness to obtain certification What You Can Expect From Us A warm, inclusive, and team-oriented work environment Competitive rates Flexible scheduling In-person and telehealth opportunities Client referrals and caseload-development support Administrative support Weekly clinical supervision for eligible provisionally licensed therapists Coverage of the applicable licensure examination fee Ongoing case consultation and opportunities to learn from experienced professionals Encouragement, constructive feedback, and support as you grow in your clinical career A shared commitment to serving individuals and families with compassion, dignity, and respect At Abundant Healing LLC , no clinician works in isolation.
