full-time We are seeking a Full-Time, Clinically Licensed Child Therapist who is passionate about helping children and their families navigate life's challenges. Role Description As a Full-Time Child Therapist, you'll provide individual therapy to children and adolescents while partnering with families to foster growth, resilience, and emotional well-being. Our child therapists commonly work with children ages 3-4 and older, helping clients and families navigate concerns such as: ADHD Anxiety and depression Behavioral and emotional regulation challenges Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) Attachment concerns Parenting support Family and blended family dynamics Major life transitions School-related challenges Social and emotional development Qualifications Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related human services field Full clinical licensure in Illinois (LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, or Licensed Clinical Psychologist) At least two years of post-graduate clinical experience working with children and families Strong clinical judgment and exemplary therapeutic skills A collaborative approach and enjoyment working within a multidisciplinary team Creativity, engagement, and a passion for helping children learn, heal, and grow A commitment to professional growth and lifelong learning Availability to work a schedule that includes a few evenings each week and one weekend day Why Grow Wellness Group Grow Wellness Group was founded on a simple belief: exceptional client care begins with exceptional clinician support.
