We are seeking Behavior Technicians to provide ABA therapy in our growing center in North Aurora, IL. Full time and Part time Available Monday-Friday 10:00AM-6PM Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 10:00AM-6:00
PM Position Overview:
The Behavior Technician will work one-on-one with the client to implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA. This role is ideal for a dependable, compassionate professional who enjoys working in a clinic based setting.
Responsibilities:
Implement individualized ABA treatment plans Collect accurate data and complete session notes Use positive reinforcement and evidence-based ABA strategies Maintain a safe, supportive, and engaging therapy environment Communicate professionally with the supervising BCBA and caregivers Follow all ethical and professional standards for ABA services
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required. Must be at least 18 years of age. Ability to pass required background checks Reliable transportation and consistent attendance. Ability to work collaboratively with BCBAs, families, and other members of the clinical team. Strong communication, professionalism, patience, and dependability. Ability to follow written behavior intervention plans, skill-acquisition programs, and clinical instructions provided by the supervising BCBA. Comfortable working directly with children and adolescents with autism and other developmental needs.
Pay:
$22.00 - $24.00 per hour
