We are looking for motivated, compassionate, and energetic therapists to join our growing team and to do amazing work with kiddos with Autism. ABA/RBT Therapist works under the BCBA providing 1:1 therapy to children or adolescents in an in home or clinic environment. The therapist implements the behavior plan designed by the BCBA and follows the computerized program instructions.

Free RBT training and paid exam fee. Supervision hours available toward the BCBA. Mileage reimbursement between clients.

Qualifications:

Preferably 1 year experience working with kids with Autism. RBT certification a plus BA/BS in any field a plus Flexible availability

Duties and Responsibilities:

Implement plans as directed by the BCBA. Takes appropriate data in sessions. Writes notes after each session. Communicates effectively with BCBA and parents. Enters billing hours after each session. Must complete therapist training course prior to starting. Maintain confidentiality clients information.

Pay:

$18.00•$28.00 per year
