Behavioral Health Therapist

- LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the State of Indiana required.
- Master's degree from an accredited college or university in a mental health related field required.
- 2 + years of experience providing mental health treatment required.
- Possess current Indiana Driver's license with proof of current auto insurance. P atients First
- Provides effective and efficient mental health interventions including, but not limited to comprehensive psycho-social assessments, individual, family and process group therapies, and crisis intervention appropriate to client needs.
- Collaborate with clients to develop personalized treatment plans that integrate evidence-based practices, tailored to their unique needs.
- Provide individual, family, and/or group therapy sessions using modalities to help clients reduce distressing symptoms and improve overall functioning.

Discharge Planning:
Develops and implements effective and efficient treatment discharge plans as is appropriate to client needs. R elationships- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide coordinated care and advocate for clients, including referrals to additional resources and support services as needed.

- Maintain accurate and confidential documentation of client progress, treatment plans, and outcomes in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
