This is a single-client position. You will have full clinical ownership of one child's program — no caseload juggling, no billable-hour pressure, no productivity quotas. Your entire focus will be on one kid and one family, with the time and autonomy to actually do the work well. We are looking for someone who wants to build something thoughtful and see it through, and who values a naturalistic, play-based, dignity-first approach to therapy. What You'll Do Conduct initial and ongoing assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, functional behavior assessments, or your preferred tools) Design, implement, and revise an individualized treatment plan targeting communication, social skills, play, daily living skills, and adaptive functioning Deliver direct 1:1 therapy in our home and in natural community settings (park, library, grocery store, playdates) Collect and graph data; adjust programming based on what the data actually shows Provide structured parent training so we can carry strategies through evenings and weekends Coordinate with our daughter's speech therapist, occupational therapist, pediatrician, and preschool team Support the transition to a school setting, including participating in IEP meetings and consulting with school staff Maintain clear clinical documentation and progress summaries What We're Looking For Required Current BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB Licensed (or eligible for licensure) as a Behavior Analyst in the State of Indiana Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field Experience with early intervention and early learners (ages 2-6) Experience with clients who are minimally verbal or emerging communicators Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license Willingness to complete a background check and provide professional references Current CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days) Preferred Experience running in-home or single-client programs Training in NET (Natural Environment Teaching), PEAK, ESDM, or similar naturalistic approaches Experience with AAC devices and PECS Familiarity with feeding, sleep, or toileting protocols Experience supporting school transitions and IEP development What We Offer Full-time, consistent Monday-Friday daytime schedule — no weekends, no evenings, no on-call Paid time off and paid holidays Health insurance stipend Annual continuing education / CEU budget and paid time to use it BACB certification and Indiana licensure renewal fees covered Mileage reimbursement for community outings Genuine clinical autonomy — you make the clinical calls Highly engaged, supportive family that will follow through on parent training
