Willowtree is a community mental health agency, servicing more than 20 counties across Indiana. Willowtree specializes in providing quality, evidence-based therapeutic services to members of our community. Willowtree is hiring additional Therapists to meet the needs of our Community. This position is contractual/1099. This position has the ability to have a flexible schedule to include some daytime hours and evening/after-school hours based on caseload needs. An ideal candidate would be comfortable providing services within the community and within the client's home. We provide services for children, teenagers, and adults who are involved in the Department of Child Services, Probation, and/or Drug Court. Services the provider may provide include, but are not limited to, individual therapy, couples therapy, family therapy, clinical assessment, parenting assessment, and supervised visitations.
Responsibilities:
Provides a variety of services in the client's home, community, or office setting. Clients may consist of children, adults, or teenagers. Services will include individual therapy, couples/family therapy, coparenting classes, Clinical Interviews and Assessments, Parenting Assessments, and other services, as applicable. Counsel clients and provide support for their mental well-being Perform assessments to develop individualized treatment plans, helping the client to set SMART goals Adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality of client information Collaborate with other professionals to ensure comprehensive care Participate in ongoing supervision and training Attend regular team meetings about client progress Attend court hearings when requested to testify about the client's progress in services Transportation of clients to and from appointments. Employees must be willing to travel up to a 1.5-hour radius of their home for service appointments with clients. Maintaining client file at all times to include cancellation records, progress notes, monthly reports, consent forms, treatment plans, assessments, etc. Timely and quality completion of reports and documentation required for clientele. Be available for crisis services for clientele, as applicable Attend regular training/seminars to continue developing skillset Attend community events to promote the company, as requested Maintaining your own calendar of client appointments Contacting clients and scheduling appointments Maintain licensure and be in good standing with your Board Master's degree and current and active licensure in Indiana as an
LMFTA, LMFT, LMHCA, LMHC, LSW, LCSW
Must have up-to-date car insurance, car registration, an active driver's license, and a healthy DMV record at all times. Must have a reliable working vehicle at all times and be able to drive a vehicle Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills The ability to pass a criminal history, child protective services background check, and full panel drug screen Ability to use technology sufficiently, such as virtual video/audio platforms, Microsoft Word, Outlook Email, and other software utilized by Willowtree Must be 21 years of age or older Ability to lift at least 20 pounds, be able to crouch down, and be able to navigate walking without issue Vehicle compatible with transportation of children/clientele Complete CEUs yearly according to licensure requirements.
