Job Summary The Lead Staff Therapist and Eating Disorder Services Coordinator provides comprehensive clinical care to Purdue students, including individual, couples, and group therapy, as well as triage, assessment, on-call support, and substance use services. This role leads and coordinates eating disorder services in partnership with clinical leadership, driving program development, oversight of psychotherapy groups, and management of the Eating Disorder Management Team (EDMT). The position is responsible for evaluating service effectiveness, identifying priorities, and implementing continuous improvements based on student needs and program data. This includes maintaining policies, procedures, and documentation related to eating disorder programming and ensuring services align with clinical and organizational goals. The coordinator also contributes to staff development through supervision of trainees, consultation with clinical staff, and participation in team meetings, training, and agency-wide initiatives.
