Job Description

Mental Health Therapist (LCSW / LCPC) - 13-Week Contract | Leavenworth, KS VBeyond Healthcare , a Joint Commission-certified healthcare staffing organization, is seeking an experienced Mental Health Therapist for a 13-week contract assignment in Leavenworth, Kansas . This is an excellent opportunity for licensed mental health professionals with inpatient psychiatric or correctional healthcare experience to make a meaningful impact while working in a multidisciplinary environment.

Days (8-hour shifts, weekdays and weekends as scheduled)
Guaranteed Hours:
40 hours per week
Contract Extension:
Possible based on performance and facility needs Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive mental health screenings and clinical assessments. Develop, implement, and modify individualized treatment plans. Provide individual counseling and therapeutic interventions. Perform crisis intervention and behavioral health support. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation. Ensure confidentiality of patient information. Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals to provide quality patient care. Requirements Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or a related behavioral health field. Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience , including 2 years in a comparable role . Active Kansas LSCSW or Kansas LCPC license in good standing. Current BLS Certification . Inpatient psychiatric or correctional healthcare experience preferred. Strong assessment, counseling, crisis intervention, and documentation skills. Valid driver's license preferred.
Pay:
