What You'll Do:
Conduct mental health screenings and assessments based on record reviews and clinical interviews with inmates Develop, implement, and modify personalized treatment plans Document all treatment and evaluation activities accurately in health care records Provide mental health counseling, crisis interventions, and ongoing support to inmates Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information Apply psychological counseling theories and techniques effectively in your work Collaborate with facility staff to ensure inmate mental health needs are met
What You Need:
Valid driver's license and Social Security Card for facility clearance Prior experience in mental health or counseling (preferred) Strong interpersonal and assessment skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and follow facility protocols About the
