Full Job Description Overview:
We advocate for vulnerable individuals who cannot advocate for themselves and are a leading behavioral health management provider in the U.S. We are hiring masters-level therapists with a current or eligible Kansas license for a social worker or counselor role at a rural Kansas hospital. Full-time, part-time, and PRN positions available with a competitive benefits package. The Intensive Outpatient program has achieved some of the highest treatment outcomes in rural Kansas. New therapists are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities include:
Facilitating daily group therapy and maintaining charts Completing psychosocial assessments Assisting with treatment and discharge planning Conducting utilization reviews The team is small, cohesive, and supportive, offering a chance to make a meaningful impact in senior behavioral healthcare.
Requirements:
Master's degree in social work or counseling with Kansas license or license-eligibility Experience working with geriatric populations Experience in individual and group therapy
