Job Description

As a Warehouse Associate Acknowledgements, you will play an essential role in preparing outgoing mail, fulfilling orders, and supporting warehouse operations to ensure materials are processed accurately and efficiently. You will operate production equipment, maintain inventory, assist with shipping and storage, and help keep the warehouse organized while supporting daily production goals in a fast-paced environment. Your Impact:
Operate production machines used to process outgoing mailPick, pack, and prepare client materials for fulfillmentSort mail through tray breakdown processesVerify mail is printed on the correct client-specified letterhead and materialsMonitor print quality and ensure finished products meet quality standardsAssist with warehouse inventory, storage, and shipment of finished productsMove products throughout the warehouse according to daily production and shipping plansRepack or restack pallets of finished products as neededComplete assigned production forms and reports accuratelyPerform routine equipment checks to ensure machines are operating properlyParticipate in onboarding, cross-training, and ongoing development opportunitiesCommunicate effectively with leadership regarding questions, concerns, and production issuesMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environmentSupport departmental production goals while maintaining efficiency and accuracyMaintain consistent attendance and availability according to scheduled work timesWork overtime, including Saturdays, during periods of increased mail volumeNavigate between departments (100600 ft) approximately 95% of the timeRemain on the production floor until scheduled break timesLift up to 50 lbs as neededPerform additional duties as assigned
Your Profile:
High school diploma or GED preferredTwo years of warehouse experience preferredStrong verbal and written communication skillsExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailBasic problem-solving abilitiesAbility to work independently and as part of a teamUnderstanding of warehouse procedures or the ability to quickly learn company products and processesDependable with a strong work ethicAbility to work in a fast-paced production environmentAbility to safely lift up to 50 lbsAbility to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks including bending, kneeling, climbing, pushing, and pullingAbility to maintain consistent on-site attendance and work scheduled hours
