What You'll Do As a Licensed Therapist, you'll play a vital role in delivering high-quality therapeutic services to our clients.

Your responsibilities will include:

Conducting comprehensive intake and diagnostic assessments to establish medical necessity for CBI and Peer Support services. Developing and implementing treatment plans to support client goals. Assessing client progress and adjusting therapeutic approaches as necessary. Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care. Maintaining accurate and timely documentation in compliance with professional and ethical standards. What We're Looking For We're seeking a dedicated professional who meets the following qualifications:

Licensure:

Active and valid therapist license in the state of Kansas.

Experience:

No experience required; training is provided (clinical supervision offered).

Skills:

Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and the ability to build trust with clients. Exceptional organizational and communication abilities.
