The ideal candidate will deliver evidence-based therapies, conduct assessments, and develop individualized treatment plans to support clients dealing with mental health and addiction challenges. This role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on individuals' lives through clinical expertise and empathetic care. Duties Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to determine mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans. Provide individual, group counseling utilizing therapeutic modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy, behavioral therapy, and behavioral health strategies. Offer child and family counseling, addressing the needs of both children and their families in therapeutic settings. Implement crisis intervention techniques and manage crisis situations with professionalism and sensitivity. Deliver addiction counseling and substance abuse treatment aligned with best practices in addiction medicine. Develop personalized treatment plans based on clinical evaluations, patient history, and ongoing progress. Maintain accurate medical documentation, patient records, and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations. Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate home and community care services for patients requiring integrated support. Utilize research and data collection methods to monitor treatment outcomes and improve service delivery. Engage in case management activities to support patients' recovery journeys across multiple settings. Ensure adherence to medical terminology standards and CPT coding for billing purposes. Experience Master's degree in Behavioral Health Field from an accredited institution. Current state licensure
LPCA, LPCC, LMFT, MFTA, LCSW, CSW.
Proven experience in psychotherapy, clinical counseling, or behavioral health settings. Strong background in crisis management, crisis intervention, and PTSD care. Experience working with children & family counseling, hospital environments, or home & community care is highly desirable. Familiarity with diagnostic evaluation processes and psychopharmacology principles is preferred. Knowledge of addiction counseling techniques, mental health assessment tools, and diagnostic evaluation processes. Demonstrated ability to perform intake assessments, case management, and patient care planning effectively. Excellent skills in social work principles, group therapy facilitation, and applied behavior analysis are advantageous. This position requires a dedicated professional committed to providing compassionate mental health services while adhering to regulatory standards such as HIPAA. Candidates should possess strong communication skills, clinical expertise in behavioral health interventions, and a passion for supporting individuals on their path to recovery.
Pay:
$60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
