Job Overview I am seeking a Mental Health Therapist deeply committed and passionate to client care and personal growth to join my team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in various therapeutic modalities, is passionate about providing quality care ad is eager to learn and grow and someone. and be committed to providing high-quality mental health care to individuals and families. I have availability for part time or full time contract or employee work and offer weekly supervision, furnished office space and a flexible work schedule. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive assessments and diagnostic evaluations to determine clients' mental health needs. Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to the specific mental health needs of each clients. Provide psychotherapy and counseling services utilizing evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Crisis Intervention. Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations and follow ethical guidelines in practice. Requirements Master's degree in Social Work or Psychology. Valid licensure as a CSW, LPCA, LCSW or LPCC. Experience working with children and/or adults in a counseling setting for approximately 2 years is preferred. Proficiency in various therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Reality Therapy (RT), Dialectal Behavioral Therapy (DBT). Strong understanding of behavioral health issues including grief counseling, chronic pain counseling, and trauma informed care. Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds. Familiarity with crisis intervention strategies and behavior management techniques.
