Master or bachelor's Level Counselors Preventive Measures is seeking a Mastered Level Applicant (Social Workers, Counselors, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, criminal justice and sociology) Applicant must have at least one year of experience working with at risk youth experiencing behavioral health issues. Applicant will receive training in the evidence-based model Multisystemic Therapy (MST) This position does not require a license. Key responsibilities involve providing intensive home-based/community services to at risk youth and their families, with a small caseload of 6. Some of the behaviors addressed include runaway, substance abuse, theft, curfew violation, physical and verbal aggression. Therapist must be willing to work with a team and participate in weekly supervision and consultation. Key duties include completing an assessment, treatment plan, maintain confidential records, collaborating with other systems and providing crisis interventions.
