JOB SUMMARY
The response team therapist/social worker shall be responsible for facilitating the delivery of quality treatment services and the functioning of the multidisciplinary team through the provision of specific treatment modalities.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Master's degree and Licensed in Social Work or other Licensed Mental Health Professional. Must have been trained to perform Mental Health, Substance Abuse and Suicide Risk assessments. Minimum of two years post-academic experience in the field of treatment. Writing and communications skills as necessary to do the job. Ability to function as a team member with an interdisciplinary approach.
