We are seeking a talented and compassionate Multi-Systemic Therapist (MST) to join our dynamic team. As an MST therapist, you will have the opportunity to work directly with at-risk youth and their families, providing intensive, evidence-based therapy aimed at addressing the complex needs of our clients. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a difference in the lives of individuals and families in our community.Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients and their families to identify strengths, needs, and goals Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on MST principles and strategies Provide intensive, in-home therapy to clients and families, addressing issues such as family dynamics, behavior management, and communication skills Collaborate closely with other professionals and community resources to support the overall well-being of clients and families Monitor progress, evaluate outcomes, and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans as needed Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment interventionsQualifications:
Bachelors/Master's degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or related field Experience working with at-risk youth and families, preferably in a community-based or home-based setting Strong understanding of family systems theory and evidence-based therapeutic interventions Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team Valid driver's license and reliable transportationBenefits:
