This position is ideal for a clinician passionate about helping younger individuals navigate substance use, behavioral health challenges, and long-term recovery.
Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 9:30am - 5:30pm Responsibilities Provide individual, group, and family therapy to clients ages 12-25. Develop individualized treatment plans and complete ongoing clinical assessments. Facilitate evidence-based therapeutic groups focused on substance use, coping skills, relapse prevention, and emotional wellness. Collaborate with medical, clinical, and case management teams to coordinate client care. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation. Participate in treatment team meetings and discharge/aftercare planning. Provide age-appropriate, trauma-informed care within a structured inpatient environment. Qualifications Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field required. We welcome both master's-level and independently licensed clinicians to apply. Previous experience working with individuals with Substance Use Disorders (SUD) strongly preferred. Experience with adolescents and young adults is highly preferred. Prior PHP/IOP or other behavioral health treatment experience is a plus. Strong group facilitation, communication, documentation, and crisis-management skills. Why Join Us?
