Role Description The IOP/PHP Therapist is a full-time on-site position located in Framingham, MA. The therapist will deliver individual and group therapy sessions, develop personalized treatment plans, and perform progress evaluations. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, implementing evidence-based interventions, and serving as a liaison with families and other community resources to ensure continuity of care. The role supports the mission of empowering clients to achieve lifelong mental health and recovery. Qualifications Proven experience in counseling, psychotherapy, and facilitating group therapy sessions Knowledge of evidence-based practices for treating mental health conditions and co-occurring substance use disorders Strong skills in case management, treatment planning, and progress assessment Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaborative abilities Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field available to run 3 evening groups a week (late start time on those days) Experience working in PHP or IOP settings is preferred Understanding and adherence to ethical guidelines and evidence-based standards in clinical practice
