Description Position Overview Premier Community Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and skilled Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our innovative and expanding team. Key Responsibilities As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your role will primarily involve: Conducting assessments and developing treatment plans for clients, including both couples and individuals. Providing therapeutic interventions to address a wide range of issues such as alcohol abuse, psychological abuse, grief, family conflicts, communication difficulties, and adjustment to divorce. Leading sessions with families and couples to promote understanding and enhance relationships. Facilitating both individual and group therapy sessions, ensuring a tailored approach to meet the diverse needs of our clients. Utilizing evidence-based practices and maintaining thorough documentation in accordance with regulatory requirements. Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to deliver integrated care and improve overall patient outcomes. Patient Population / Client Focus Your work at Premier Community Healthcare will involve serving a diverse patient population, including adults, children, and adolescents experiencing various challenges across the spectrum of mental health. Our goal is to provide effective treatment for clients facing familial transitions, grief processes, and communication barriers, ensuring each individual receives the compassionate care necessary for their unique circumstances. Qualifications To ensure the highest standard of care, candidates must possess: A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field. A valid and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). A strong commitment to ongoing professional development and clinical excellence. Preferred Experience While not mandatory, the following qualifications would enhance your candidacy: Experience working with diverse populations and in various clinical settings. Comfort and proficiency in using telehealth technologies for therapy delivery. A proven track record of delivering high-quality therapy and producing positive outcomes for clients. Compensation and Benefits We offer competitive earnings ranging from $75,000 to $100,000 per year, with significant opportunities for uncapped earnings based on your performance.
