Empower. Inspire. Are you passionate about igniting positive change in the lives of children and families? Step into the spotlight as a Senior Therapist at May Institute! Make a real impact as a Senior Therapist at our Randolph Center by providing 1:1 and group ABA therapy to children aged 2-6 with autism and other developmental disabilities, helping them build social, communication, and play skills. Collaborate with a supportive BCBA team while customizing fun, evidence-based treatment. As a Senior Therapist you will have the opportunity to earn both restricted and unrestricted hours while making a difference every day! What You'll do, your impact Implement individualized treatment plans for your caseload or as a floater in our center-based programs. Collect and document data daily, tracking client progress and outcomes. Collaborate with BCBAs to evaluate procedures, conduct assessments, and recommend skill-building goals. Support caregivers with training and guidance to apply behavior strategies effectively at home and in the community. Assist in scheduling, staff support, and maintaining smooth center operations. Mentor and support team members, providing feedback and promoting high-quality treatment delivery. What You'll Bring Valid U.S. driver's license with at least 1 year of driving experience, paired with reliable transportation (travel is required)
