Job Description
Overview We are seeking a dedicated Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in outpatient and behavioral health settings, providing direct support and patient care. Experience in trauma therapy, working with people with developmental disabilities, psychiatric diagnoses, and generalized anxiety and depression.
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions
- Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans
- Offer counseling services to clients with various mental health needs
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care Qualifications
- Degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field
- Licensure as a Therapist (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) encouraged
- Experience in a hospital or outpatient setting preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
