Job Description
Key Responsibilities Daily Business Operations:
Support executive and business development workflows, including data entry, reporting, scheduling, and project management.AI Tool Implementation:
Research, test, and implement practical AI tools (LLMs, automation scripts, workflow tools) to automate routine administrative tasks, enhance patient outreach, and optimize market research.Growth & Market Analytics:
Help compile market data, demographic research, and performance metrics to support practice acquisition and expansion strategy.Cross-Functional Support:
Collaborate across marketing, operations, and clinical leadership to ensure strategic growth projects stay on schedule.Qualifications & Requirements Education:
Bachelor's degree completed within the last 12-18 months (Majors in Business, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Healthcare Administration, or related fields preferred).Tech-Savvy:
Strong familiarity and hands-on experience using generative AI platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, custom GPTs, or workflow automations like Zapier/Make).Analytical Mindset:
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets and comfort working with data analysis and reporting.Communication:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting findings to leadership.Drive & Adaptability:
Fast learner, self-motivated, and eager to tackle evolving tasks in a fast-paced environment.
