We cap direct care at 50-65% for a reason. You'll have time to document, consult, and actually think. Real interdisciplinary collaboration. You'll work alongside psychiatrists, nurses, and peer support specialists — not in a silo. Leadership that has clinical roots. Our program directors carry clinical backgrounds. When you raise a concern, you're talking to someone who gets it. Growth as we grow. We're actively expanding our mental health programming, which means pathways into leadership, supervision, and specialty tracks for the right clinicians. Mission-driven, not metrics-driven. We measure success through clinical outcomes — patient retention, program completion, and transitions of care — not session counts. Apply If this sounds like the environment where you do your best work, we'd like to hear from you. Submit your resume and a brief note on your clinical approach. We review applications on a rolling basis and aim to respond within one week. Kolmac Integrated Behavioral Health is an equal opportunity employer committed to building a diverse and inclusive clinical team.
