Many of the families we serve want therapy in Spanish. We need clinicians who can meet them there. At Backpack Healthcare , we're making behavioral healthcare more accessible for children, teens, young adults, and their families. Our care is delivered virtually, covered by most insurance, and grounded in the belief that families deserve care that reflects who they are, how they communicate, and what they value. As a clinician-led, minority-owned organization, we're growing — and we're looking for therapists who understand that culturally responsive care isn't a bonus feature. It's essential. If you speak English and Spanish and want your language skills to make a real difference in the lives of families, we want to meet you. The Role Choose the schedule that works best for you — part-time or full-time — while building a meaningful caseload of 15-36 sessions per week . You'll provide individual, family, and group therapy through telehealth, with the flexibility to create a schedule that works for your life. Most clinicians work weekday afternoons and evenings, typically 2-9 PM. Weekend availability is a plus.
