• Clinton Township is seeking a compassionate licensed therapist to join our locally owned clinic.

This role offers the flexibility to remain part-time or gradually build a full-time caseload over time. Responsibilities Conduct diagnostic assessments and develop treatment plans Provide individual, family, or couples therapy Maintain timely clinical documentation Collaborate with a supportive clinical team Use creative, evidence-informed approaches to help clients reach their goals Qualifications Master's degree in a behavioral health field Active Michigan license: LPC, LMSW, LP, LLPC, or LLMSW Strong communication and organizational skills Experience with assessments, treatment planning, and documentation Experience working with children (8+), teens, couples, or families preferred Familiarity with EHR systems (Valant a plus) Additional Details Hybrid flexibility available, but in-office sessions are required Regular meetings with the Clinical Director and ongoing professional development Shared office space for part-time therapists If you're passionate about helping expand access to mental health care in your community, we'd love to hear from you.
