Job Description
Who We Are Prime Counseling Services has been providing quality services to the community since 2021. We believe in providing the training and support that you would get in a community mental health position and offering the pay, flexibility, and ability to work independently in a group practice setting. We are looking to fill a position at our each one of our offices in Plymouth, Trenton, and Wixom offices. Job Overview We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Clinical Therapist to join our Wixom team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with individuals and families. This role involves conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and delivering psychotherapy to clients in a supportive environment. We offer supervision and case consultations to support our therapists for the hard work they do! We are looking for parttime and full-time therapists. Responsibilities Full time (20+ clients a week) preferred but willing to hire a parttime therapist with a minimum of 11 clients per week. Conduct thorough assessments of clients to determine their mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans. Provide therapy sessions using evidence-based practices, including crisis intervention and psychotherapy techniques. Utilize our HIPAA compliant platform to deliver services remotely when necessary. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes in compliance with ICD-10 coding requirements. Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in therapy and mental health care. Participate in case consultations and contribute to program development initiatives. Must be willing to offer in-person services at least 70% of the time. Parttime therapists (11-19 weekly clients) must commit to evenings and weekend availability. The ideal candidate for this position will work a majority of their time in Wixom, but has willingness to work in Plymouth office at least 1 day a week.
