We provide center-based and in-home ABA therapy for children ages 10 and under with a diagnosis of Autism. Our mission is to help every child grow, succeed, and shine. We're seeking people who: Love working with children and celebrating every milestone Aren't afraid to be goofy, creative, and bring energy to every session Adapt easily to each child's unique needs and learning style Are dedicated to helping children, families, and teammates succeed We welcome applicants from a variety of backgrounds, including: Individuals with hands-on experience supporting children or adults with disabilities Students and graduates in Psychology or related fields Anyone with a passion for helping children learn and grow QualificationsLevel II Therapist 4,000+ hours of hands-on experience supporting children or adults with disabilities OR Currently enrolled in or have completed a bachelor's degree in Psychology or a related field Level I Therapist Currently enrolled in or have completed a master's degree in Psychology or a related field What You'll Do Work with 1-3 clients each day Teach meaningful skills using individualized treatment programs Create fun, engaging learning opportunities through play Adapt your teaching strategies to meet each child's individual needs Collaborate with a supportive clinical team
