Duties:
```
  • Implement evidence-based behavioral therapy techniques to address behavioral challenges
  • Provide direct one-on-one therapy sessions to clients, focusing on skill development and behavior modification
  • Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure consistency and generalization of skills across settings
  • Monitor progress and make data-driven decisions to modify treatment plans as needed
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client progress and treatment interventions ```
Qualifications:
```
  • Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities
  • Knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques and principles, including Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Skills:
  • Experience with children: Previous experience working with children, particularly those with developmental disabilities.
  • Behavioral therapy: Proficiency in implementing evidence-based behavioral therapy techniques.
  • Patient care: Ability to provide compassionate and effective care to clients.
  • Applied behavior analysis: Knowledge of the principles and techniques of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) for behavior modification.
Pay:
$24.00
