Duties:
```- Implement evidence-based behavioral therapy techniques to address behavioral challenges
- Provide direct one-on-one therapy sessions to clients, focusing on skill development and behavior modification
- Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure consistency and generalization of skills across settings
- Monitor progress and make data-driven decisions to modify treatment plans as needed
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client progress and treatment interventions ```
Qualifications:
```- Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities
- Knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques and principles, including Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Skills:
- Experience with children: Previous experience working with children, particularly those with developmental disabilities.
- Behavioral therapy: Proficiency in implementing evidence-based behavioral therapy techniques.
- Patient care: Ability to provide compassionate and effective care to clients.
- Applied behavior analysis: Knowledge of the principles and techniques of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) for behavior modification.
