Be part of a virtual DBT Consultation team, participate in all components of adherent DBT treatment, and attend monthly trainings facilitated by DBT teammates. Complete a mental health diagnostic assessment on new patients. Provide high quality ongoing therapy with patients. Help lead weekly DBT Groups. Maintain complete and organized outpatient electronic health records. Ensure appropriate coordination of care for patients and collaboration with other professionals. Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings including case and peer reviews.Requirements:
Mental Health Professional as per Minnesota State Statute 245i.04.02 regulations. Unrestricted license (LMFT, LPCC, LICSW, or LP). Open to considering unlicensed candidates depending on experience. Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) experience strongly preferred but not required.Compensation:
