Job Description
Absolute Care Providers Autism Center is looking for caring, compassionate individuals that want to work with kids to see them thrive. At Absolute Care Providers, your work truly makes a difference! We are seeking Behavior Technicians to work 1:1 with clients. We utilize a results-oriented approach called applied behavior analysis (ABA therapy), which involves observing how our clients react to their environment and how they respond to people around them. As a behavior technician , you will engage in various activities to help build skills and social awareness. This position is ideal for people who are natural caregivers, individuals who have a passion or interest in preschool teaching, teaching assistant, daycare, early childhood education, and care for individuals with special needs. 60 hours of training , no experience needed. Wages for full-time staff are dependent on several factors including education and experience with a range of $21
- $23per hour. We also provide training and supervision for behavior therapists to receive their Registered Behavior Therapist (RBT) credentials.
Job Title:
Behavior Therapist Waiting period may apply- Provide one-on-one behavior therapy to individuals with developmental disabilities, primarily children with autism
- Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Collect and record data on client progress and behavior
- Assist with the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans
- Use positive reinforcement techniques to encourage appropriate behavior
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including therapists, teachers, and parents

Complete the level III provider training requirements during the first six(6) months of employment Age 18+ Have a Highschool Diploma Ability to accept constructive feedback and develop knowledge and skill sets accordingly. Relevant experience working with children with special needs is preferred. Ability to pass a caregiver's background check.
