Job Description
Overview Mental Health Practitioner (ARMHS)
•Hiring Immediately Mental Health Advocates LLC is hiring a Mental Health Practitioner (MHP) to provide Adult Rehabilitative Mental Health Services (ARMHS) to adults in the community. We are looking to hire immediately. ARMHS-specific training will be provided, so candidates do not need prior ARMHS experience. We are looking for someone who is dependable, compassionate, organized, and interested in helping adults improve their mental health and independence. Why Join Us? Help clients develop coping skills, emotional regulation, communication, daily living skills, routines, and greater independence. Work with clients on goals identified in their Individual Treatment Plans (ITPs). Complete progress notes and required documentation accurately and on time. Coordinate with supervisors and other providers when appropriate. Participate in required supervision and training. Maintain client confidentiality and professional boundaries. Qualifications Minimum bachelor's degree in Social Work required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Dependable, organized, and able to work independently. Comfortable working directly with adults experiencing mental health challenges. Reliable transportation for community-based services. Previous ARMHS experience is NOT required — training will be provided. Schedule Enjoy the flexibility to create and manage your own schedule based on your availability and client needs. This position offers the opportunity to work up to 40 hours per week.
