Develop personalized treatment plans, coordinate care, and maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation. Support patients dealing with addiction, trauma, and grief, while engaging in ongoing professional development. Build and manage your caseload through self-marketing and participation in case management. Qualifications include a Master's degree, current state licensure, experience with diverse populations, and familiarity with telehealth is preferred.
