We're looking for an independent, career-focused Licensed Master's Level Social Worker, Counselor, and/or Addiction Counselor eager to build a clinical path they're proud of — in an environment grounded in genuine support and balance. Qualifications Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Addiction Counseling, or a related behavioral health field . Current Minnesota professional license or credential appropriate to the position, such as LGSW, LICSW, LADC, LPCC, or LPC . Experiance with clinical mental health. Complete Diagnostic Assessments, treatment plans or individual, famly and/or family counseling. Crisis Intervention when needed. Knowledge of trauma-informed and person-centered care. Ability to complete clear and timely clinical documentation. Knowledge of confidentiality, ethics, professional boundaries, and mandated reporting. Ability to work with clients from diverse backgrounds. Ability to work independently and as part of a treatment team. Must meet applicable background study requirements. Must maintain required professional licensure, supervision, training, and continuing education. Email resume to
