How You Will Make an

Impact:

Implement individualized behavior intervention plans as directed by the BCBA. Collect and record data on patient progress and behavior. Build rapport and establish positive, therapeutic relationships with patients and their caregivers. Collaborate with the BCBA and other team members to review and update behavior intervention plans. Ensure all interventions are applied consistently with ethical and professional standards while maintaining confidentiality. Contribute as a positive team member, supporting an inclusive team culture. Level 1

Requirements :

Bachelor's degree in any field required AND enrolled in or completed a Master's program in an approved discipline (Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Social Work, or equivalent). RBT experience is a plus but NOT required. Available Monday

• Saturday, 12pm
• 6:00pm.

Experience and a passion for working with children. Willingness to go above and beyond for our teammates and patients. Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and sit on the floor for extended periods. Ability to lift up to 30 pounds. Ability to move quickly in response to patient needs. Level 2

Requirements :

Enrolled in a or has a Bachelor's degree in a HEALTH science field
