We are looking for passionate and qualified professionals to join our team as Behavioral Therapist Level II providers. Responsibilities Provide direct therapy and intervention services to individuals with ASD or related conditions. Implement treatment plans under the supervision of a Qualified Supervising Professional (QSP). Monitor client progress and document session data. Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams to enhance client outcomes. Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
Qualifications:
For Bachelor's Degree Applicants:
Candidates with a bachelor's degree in behavioral health, child development, or a related field (e.g., psychology, social work, special education, speech pathology, occupational therapy) must meet at least one of the following:
Experience:
1,000 hours of supervised clinical experience or equivalent graduate-level coursework in ASD diagnostics, treatment, or child development.
Certification:
BCaBA, RBT, or DHS-recognized certification.
Supervision:
Receive observation from a QSP or Level I provider at least twice per month until completing 1,000 hours.
For Non-Bachelor's Degree Applicants:
Candidates without a bachelor's degree may qualify by meeting at least one of the following: I am currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in one of the behavioral or child development sciences or allied fields including, but not limited to, mental health, special education, social work, psychology, speech pathology, or occupational therapy from an accredited college or university. I will also receive observation and direction from a QSP or Level I treatment provider at least twice per month until meeting 1,000 hours of supervised clinical experience. I have an associate's degree in a behavioral health or child development science or related field including, but not limited to, mental health, special education, social work, psychology, speech pathology, or occupational therapy from an accredited college or university; and at least 2,000 hours of supervised clinical experience in delivering treatment to people with ASD or a related condition. You may include hours worked as a mental health behavioral aide or Level III treatment provider in the required hours of experience. I have at least 4,000 hours of supervised clinical experience in delivering treatment to people with ASD or a related condition. You may include hours worked as a mental health behavioral aide or Level III treatment provider in the required hours of experience. I am a graduate student in a behavioral science, child development science, or related field and I receive clinical supervision by a QSP affiliated with an agency to meet the clinical training requirements for experience and training with people with ASD or a related condition. I am at least 18 years old and fluent in a non-English language or certified by a tribal government and have completed the Level
III EIDBI
training requirements. I will receive observation and direction from a QSP or Level I EIDBI provider at least once a week until I meet the requirement of 1,000 hours of supervised clinical experience. I am at least 18 years old and have completed initial certification in the treatment modality the EIDBI provider agency I'm employed by uses and have completed the Level
III EIDBI
