Responsibilities Deliver direct behavioral therapy services using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) protocols tailored to each client's needs. Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including personal hygiene, dressing, and meal routines to promote independence. Collect and analyze behavioral data accurately to monitor progress and inform treatment adjustments. Develop and implement individualized care plans aligned with client goals and best practices in behavioral health. Support clients in educational settings by applying teaching strategies that enhance learning and social skills. Maintain detailed medical documentation, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and professional standards. Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members to ensure consistent care delivery and progress updates. Skills Experience working with children or individuals with neurodevelopmental disorders such as autism spectrum disorder (ASD). Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and behavior management techniques. Familiarity with medical terminology, medical records management, and documentation standards. Home-based behavioral experience is highly valued for implementing therapy protocols in natural environments. Ability to collect behavioral data systematically and interpret results to guide interventions. Excellent client communication skills combined with patience, empathy, and professionalism. Understanding of special education practices, behavior therapy strategies, and ethical guidelines for behavior analysts.
