• Work with an adolescent on real-world skills in the natural environment
• Run 1:1 ABA therapy sessions using individualized treatment plans, under BCBA supervision.
• Collect and record accurate session data.
• Help clients build communication, social, and daily living skills, and work through behavior goals.
• Check in regularly with your supervising BCBA and the clinical team.
• Communicate professionally with caregivers and families. What you'll need:
• RBT certification, or willingness to get certified — we provide paid training.
• High school diploma required (coursework in ABA a plus).
• Patience, reliability, and a genuine interest in working with kids and families.
