Therapist Every Child's Hope - 3.3 St. Louis, MO Job Details Full-time $55,000 - $70,000 a year 19 hours ago Benefits Health savings account Disability insurance Health insurance Dental insurance Paid time off 401(k) 4% Match Employee assistance program Vision insurance 401(k) matching Loan forgiveness Qualifications Adolescents Youth counseling Child & youth therapy Experience working with families with children Full Job Description Summary Provide mental health assessment and intervention, conducting both individual and group psychotherapy sessions for youth aged 10-18 in the residential treatment program at Every Child's Hope. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Provide initial assessment of the child's mental health functioning and assessment of their trauma history Provide individual psychotherapy sessions to the child as an integral part of their treatment program Work closely with an interdisciplinary team and attend necessary meetings to facilitate continuity of care Maintain effective communication and relationships with ECH Case Manager, family therapist, and other members of the clinical treatment team for each child on your caseload Complete documentation of therapy progress notes in a timely manner by submitting necessary documentation for billing purposes within the designated time frame Conduct initial treatment assessments and develop treatment plans, provide treatment summaries during team meetings, and provide court reports on therapy progress when requested Provide monthly summaries, during Service Plan Review Meetings, of treatment goals being worked on and therapeutic outcomes achieved Maintain a trauma-informed, culturally sensitive, and client-responsive approach to therapeutic service delivery Maintain and meet all requirements for both State Licensure and Every Child's Hope's training, including initial hire trainings and on-going annual training expectations Serve as the "on-call" clinician on a rotating basis with other members of the treatment team, and as assigned How to
