Licensed Mental Health Therapist

Carolina Psychological Assessment Center (CPAC) is hiring a full-time Licensed Therapist (LCMHC, LMFT). We are a private practice in the heart of beautiful Asheville, NC in the Blue Ridge Mountains. Our practice provides comprehensive psychological assessments and counseling services for children and adults. Essential functions:

• Provide case management and individual therapy services to a diverse client population and age range. Develop a specialty practice and offer therapy for specific clinical concerns or the population you hope to serve.
• Contractor position so there is freedom with your schedule and the number of clients per week. Build your own caseload in a thriving practice!
• Consult closely with referral agents, such as Psychiatrists, Psychologists, Therapists, Educators, and Primary Care Physicians. Exciting Perks!

Requirements:

• Graduate or Doctoral degree in Counseling or a related field
• Valid mental health licensure in North Carolina as

LCMHC, LSCW, LMFT

(or willing to obtain licensure in NC)

• At least 1 year of post-graduate experience as a therapist
• A strong appreciation for a collaborative and interdisciplinary approach to mental health services
