Job Description

School Based Mental Health Therapist - JOB
DESCRIPTION
Since 2009, Empowerment Quality Care Services has provided mental health services to adults, adolescents, and children. Our mission is to empower individuals and families through accessible, person-centered behavioral health services that promote healing and independence. We have partnered with Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools (CMS) in several capacities, including school-based mental health services. Our school-based mental health program is thriving and expanding. We are seeking committed, enthusiastic, professional licensed therapists to join our team. We currently serve 10 schools across the CMS system. In this role, you will collaborate closely with your assigned school or schools and the Clinical Director to provide high-quality services. You will be expected to maintain a weekly caseload of at least 25 clients and engage families to support continuity of care.
