Job Description

Blue Ridge Health is currently seeking a Mental Health Therapist Team Leader to be part of our Recovery Education Center (REC) Team. A newly hired Therapist/Behavioral Health Service Provider can receive a sign on bonus of up to $5,000.00, depending on the service agreement chosen. Service contracts are for 1, 2, or 3 years.

The REC Team Leader oversees the implementation of the REC program, ensures integrity to the Recovery Education model, and provides leadership, consultation, direction and guidance to a team of clinicians and peer support specialists. As a clinician on the team, the Team Leader provides assessment, treatment, psychiatric rehabilitation, and support services to individuals with a broad range of mental health and substance use challenges, and assists in coordinating care across programs within our organization and also with other providers in the community.
Disclaimer:
This role requires flexibility to transport clients/patients to organization-sponsored services or resources that address their basic and clinical needs. Drivers transporting clients/patients or driving company vehicles are to be age 21 or greater. For those using their personal vehicles to transport clients/patients, a certificate of insurance is required demonstrating at least the minimum required NC auto liability insurance.
What We're Looking For:
Fully Licensed Clinical Social Worker or Licensed Mental Health Counselor Certification required 2 years clinical social work experience preferred LCMHC-S or a different license that includes the certification of qualified supervisor Ability to perform comprehensive clinical assessments and develop and implement viable treatment plans Experience with Electronic Health Records preferred Excellent listening and communication skills Bilingual a plus
