In this role, you will deliver therapeutic interventions, counseling, and skill-building services designed to support emotional wellness, resilience, and successful outcomes. Services are provided in accordance with established treatment goals, EPSDT standards, and state regulations. What You'll Do Provide clinical guidance and support to Family Practitioners and Shift Coordinators. Develop individualized treatment goals based on assessments, screenings, and historical information. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, families, case managers, and medical providers to coordinate care. Deliver individual, family, and group counseling services. Provide trauma-informed care, transitional counseling, and substance use-related therapeutic supports. Help children and youth build life skills, strengthen resilience, and connect with community resources. Utilize evidence-based treatment approaches to address behavioral and emotional needs. Promote positive behavioral change through structured interventions and skill development. Provide psychoeducational and wellness-focused programming. Monitor data entry and documentation within payer platforms to ensure compliance and accuracy. Maintain timely, detailed, and accurate clinical documentation to support quality care and regulatory requirements. Perform other duties as assigned.
What We're Looking For Required Qualifications:
Active professional licensure in one of the following disciplines: Psychoanalyst Clinical Social Worker Marriage and Family Therapist Mental Health Counselor Master Social Worker Strong clinical assessment, counseling, and treatment planning skills. Ability to work effectively with children, youth, families, and interdisciplinary teams. Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills. Additional Requirements Successful completion of required background checks in accordance with healthcare facility regulations. CPR and First Aid certification (or ability to obtain after hire). Completion of Mandated Reporter Training (or ability to obtain after hire). Completion of Person-Centered Thinking Training (or ability to obtain after hire).
