We are a growing, clinician-focused mental health practice with offices in Cary, Holly Springs and Fuquay-Varina, NC , and we're looking for passionate LCMHCs, LCSWs, and LMFTs to join our team. Competitive compensation Earn $40-$120+ per hour , with independently licensed therapists eligible for a 50%-56.25%+ fee split based on weekly client volume. Flexible scheduling Create a schedule that works for you while maintaining the flexibility to accommodate client needs. We handle the administrative work You don't have to spend your evenings dealing with insurance claims, credentialing, scheduling, or billing. We handle it for you. Credentialing is handled for you We manage contracting and credentialing with major insurance companies, including BCBS, UnitedHealthcare, Aetna, Cigna, and Evernorth. A steady referral pipeline We have a growing practice and an active waiting list, so you can focus on building your caseload rather than constantly searching for new clients. Malpractice coverage All full-time and part-time employees are covered under our practice malpractice insurance. A real clinical team Although you have independence in your clinical practice, you are never on your own. We offer case consultation, clinical support, and collaboration with other mental health professionals. Supervision & professional development Clinical supervision is available for associate-level clinicians working toward full licensure, along with opportunities for professional development. Qualifications Active, unrestricted North Carolina license:

LCMHC / LCMHCA LCSW / LCSWA LMFT / LMFTA
