Outpatient Therapist (70% Therapy / 30% Intake Assessments) Gaston & Lincoln Counties, NC Support, Inc. provides high-quality mental health and medication management services to children, adolescents, and families. As we continue to grow and expand into new communities, we are seeking driven, compassionate clinicians to join our team. Position Overview Support, Inc. is hiring a full-time licensed therapist to serve clients in Gaston and Lincoln Counties. This role includes a balanced caseload of approximately 70% outpatient therapy and 30% intake/diagnostic assessments , offering both continuity of care and variety in clinical work. This is a 12-month, full-time salaried position with benefits and the possibility of a flexible schedule. Key Responsibilities Provide individual, family, and/or group outpatient therapy (primarily child/adolescent population) Complete comprehensive intake and diagnostic assessments Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support client outcomes Qualifications Licensed (or provisionally licensed) in North Carolina as an LCSW, LCMHC, or LMFT Experience working with children and adolescents preferred Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills Ability to work independently while also contributing to a team environment About Support, Inc.
