About The Position:

We are currently hiring an EMDR Trained Therapist to join our Trauma-Focused Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) . This role is ideal for therapists who are passionate about group-based care and are interested in providing support for adults navigating complex trauma, PTSD, dissociation, and other mental health challenges.

Daytime Trauma IOP Therapist :

In this role, you'll facilitate trauma-focused group therapy sessions 3x/week (Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 10:00AM

• 12:15PM).

Conduct individual trauma-informed/EMDR sessions with clients 1x/week for each group member (Tuesdays and Thursdays).

Consultation Responsibilities :

Provide availability to complete 3 intakes/consultations per week tied to IOP programming Participate in additional consultation services (~5 consults/week) as part of our consultant role

Outpatient Responsibilities:

If licensed

• (LCSW, LPC, or equivalent): Maintain a small outpatient caseload (~5 sessions/week)
• if licensed
• LCSW, LPC, or equivalent If unlicensed
• (still working towards clinical licensure): provide coverage for other IOP groups as needed What you're good at: You have completed basic EMDR training You have group experience and are aware of evidenced-based practices to implement during the treatment process.

You have a working knowledge of treatment plan development and implementation including charting and progress notes and related documentation skills. You have a mental health license or are working toward licensure.

Pay:

$90,000.00
