We're expanding our clinical team in Bismarck to meet growing community needs, seeking licensed practitioners experienced with trauma, anxiety, depression, OCD, addiction, grief, and personal growth. While strong generalists are welcome, we prioritize expertise in Couples Therapy (e.g., Gottman, EFT) Child Therapy (ages 5-17, play/art therapy) Men's Issues (e.g., midlife transitions, masculinity) . Specialty training is a plus but not required. Enjoy autonomy, a practical, depth-oriented approach, and a flexible schedule (up to 5 days/week, hybrid possible). Responsibilities include clinical work, documentation, and some administrative tasks. Compensation ranges from $60,000 to over $100,000 annually, with benefits like flexible scheduling, health stipend, and professional development.
