About the Position As an Outpatient Therapist, you'll provide high-quality mental health counseling services to clients of all ages while working alongside a supportive and collaborative team dedicated to helping families thrive. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments Develop individualized treatment plans Provide individual, family, and child therapy Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Collaborate with schools, physicians, community agencies, and other providers Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed Participate in supervision and team meetings Uphold ethical and professional standards Qualifications Nebraska Licensure Required
