Part Time Fully Licensed Therapist (Contract Position) - Private Practice & Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)

Flexible, Part-Time with Opportunity to Grow Join Our Growing Team We are seeking a compassionate, fully licensed therapist to join our expanding private practice and Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP). This position offers the opportunity to build and grow an independent caseload while providing high-quality care to individuals in recovery. The ideal candidate is passionate about helping clients overcome substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders and enjoys working in both individual and group therapy settings. Responsibilities
  • Facilitate IOP group therapy sessions focused on substance use recovery and mental health.
  • Provide individual psychotherapy to clients with substance use and co-occurring disorders.
  • Build and maintain an independent outpatient caseload.
  • Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation.
  • Collaborate with the clinical team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Maintain ethical and professional standards in accordance with state licensing requirements. Required Qualifications
  • Active, unrestricted clinical license in the state of Nebraska (LADC, LPC, LMHP, LIMHP, PLMHP W/supervisor in place, or equivalent).)
  • Required experience in alcohol and drug counseling/treatment.
  • Experience facilitating substance use disorder groups and providing individual therapy.
  • Knowledge of addiction, relapse prevention, recovery-oriented care, and co-occurring mental health disorders.
  • Strong clinical assessment, treatment planning, and documentation skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Compensation
  • Independent Contractor (1099) position.
